Indene Security was founded in 2026 in Santo André, Brazil, on a simple idea: real security cannot depend on a company being able to afford its own team. So we brought our own platform, services and AI specialists together into one accountable team.

The name and the symbol
Indene, from the Latin indemnis: one who came through unharmed.
The word exists in Portuguese and Spanish, it is short, has no accent and is pronounced the same in any language. Unharmed does not mean never attacked: it means coming through the attack without damage. The company’s promise fits in its name.

Why we exist
A company’s security should not depend on whether it can build a team.
A company’s security information exists, but it lives in places that do not talk to each other: the spreadsheet redone for every audit, the consulting report that ages the following month, the tool console nobody translates, and the annual pentest filed away as a PDF.
Meanwhile, the pressure grew. Large customers send a questionnaire before signing, the LGPD asks for records and deadlines, and in the financial sector CMN 5.274 and BCB 538 began to require verifiable controls and evidence retained for five years. And the leadership question, how exposed are we, remained unanswered.
Building a full security team is expensive and slow, and those who already have one spend the day putting pieces together. Indene was born to be that team: platform, services and AI specialists that find what exposes the company, fix it with IT, prove what was done and put the risk in Brazilian reais, with the confidence of the evidence attached to the number.
